- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT): Duration 4 ½ years. Eligibility is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE)
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT): (4 ½ years). Eligibility is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE)
- Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPO): (4 ½ years). Eligibility is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics & English (PCBE/PCME)
Applicant should have passed the SSC Examination of CBSE/equivalent (10+2) with 50% or more marks for General category and 45% for SC/ST/PH and CWAPP category in the aggregate of four subjects (PCBE for BPT/BOT and PCBE/PCME for BPO), provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. Those appearing/appeared in the 10+2 examination may also apply subject to their clearance of qualifying examination with required percentage of marks before declaration of result of entrance test. Candidates who have passed their 10+2 examination before the year 2006 and have discontinued their regular studies for more than 3 years are not eligible to appear in the entrance test.
Maximum age as on 1.10.2009 for General Category is 23 years. For SC, ST & PH Category, it is 28 years.

Prospectus cum Application form can be obtained from the Counter of the Accounts Section of the Institute till 29.05.2009 by paying Rs. 500/- (General category)/ Rs. 250/- (SC/ST) between 10 am and 4 pm on all working days.
The Prospectus cum Application form can be obtained by Post till 22.05.2009, by sending a Pay Order/Demand Draft for Rs. 550/- (General category)/ Rs. 300/- (SC/ST) drawn in favour of 'Director, Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute for the Physically Handicapped', payable at New Delhi. Application form with Prospectus can also be downloaded from www.iphnewdelhi.in. Down loaded application forms should be submitted along with a Bank draft of Rs. 550/- for General Category and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates.
Last date for receipt of application form is 5 pm 29.05.2009.
Entrance test for admission will be conducted from 10 am 1 pm on 14th June, 2009 (Sunday) at Delhi by University of Delhi. Candidates are to report at the venue by 9.30 am.
