MBA Admissions 2011-2012

School of Maritime Management, Indian Maritime University, Chennai, has invited applications for admission to MBA Programme in following specializations of Academic Year 2011-12 through Coomon Entrance Examination -CET (MBA) on April 17, 2011 at Chennai, Cochin, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Vishakhapatnam.

(i) MBA in Port and Shipping Management at IMU Chennai and Cochin Campus.
(ii) MBA in International Transportation and Logistics Management at IMU Chennai.

IMU-CET (MBA) Eligibility:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA {45% in case candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and DifferentlyAbled (DA) categories}, awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India. Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor's degree/ equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirement and are awaiting results can also apply.

Filled in application form are to reach "Admission Coordinator- MBA. Academic Section, Indian Maritime University, East Coast Road, Uthandi, Chennai- 600119" accompanied with a Demand draft of Rs 1000/- (Rs 500/- for SC/ST/DA candidates) in favour of Indian Maritime University' payable at 'Chennai' with necessary documents.

Last date for submission of completed applications is April 8, 2011.
