Application forms can be obtained from office of the Principal, BOSE Campus, Medical Road, Cuttack-753007 on payment of Rs.300/-. Application forms can also be downloaded from the website: www.bpftio.org and can be submitted along with prescribed fee as mentioned above.
Last date for submission of completed applications is 30-06-2011.
