state in India

completed GNM/BSc Nursing
• Should have Kerala Nurses and
Midwives Council registration at the time of admission

can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash or Rs. 225/- by
DD favouring 'Credence School of Nursing' payable at Trivandrum.
