Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery

Duration

Total duration of the programme is 54 months divided over 9 semesters of six months each followed by one year compulsory rotating internship from SRMS IMS, Bareilly.

Eligibility

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year just preceding the year in which admission is sought. He should have passed with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology 10+2 or equivalent, scoring a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects. Candidates who have passed 10+2 in year 2001 and after can only apply. If there is any gap in study, the candidate has to submit affidavit explaining gap in study.

Application Procedure

Candidates are required to download application form from the UPCMET official website. For PG - through UPPGMET 2014 and for the MBBS through UPCMET 2014 conducted by UP unaided medical colleges welfare association TO BE HELD ON 23RD march 2014 AND 31st May 2014 respectively.

HOW TO APPLY:

Application forms will be available for Online submission till 5th March, 2014 for PG seats and for MBBS till 30th April on www.upumcwa.org.  Submit the form online, get the print of the confirmation page and send the same after affixing a recent color photograph with a DD of Rs.1000/- in favour of "UPUMCWA" payable at Bareilly to The Co-coordinator, UPUMCWA Exams, First Floor Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Barelly-243001 (UP)
