Chennai and to be submitted along with filled-in application forms.

Filled in applications along with necessary documents
have to be submitted to The Director,

Candidates from other states can submit their
applications at any one of the Study Centres of the Institute of Distance
Education (IDE), University of Madras, of the State concerned.
