Any Science graduate with Mathematics as one of the core or complementary subject or graduate in Electronics / Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Engineering/ Technology with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Students who have completed BVoc which has been equated to BSc in any of the mentioned areas and meet the percentage criteria can also apply.
Students are selected through an All India Digital University Aptitude Test (DUAT) followed by counselling. GATE score holders with a valid score as on 1st April 2021 are exempted from taking the entrance examination
MSc ECOLOGY
ELIGIBILITY
B.Sc. Degree in Botany/Zoology/Life Science/Chemistry/Physics/Ecology/Environmental Science/Geography/Geology/Microbiology/Plant or Animal Science/Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture/ Biotechnology and allied areas

B.Tech/BE in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Agricultural and allied disciplines with 60% marks.

MSc Computer Science with specialization in Cyber Security and MSc Computer Science with specialization in Machine Intelligence require the students to have strong foundations in Mathematics at the undergraduate level. Hence, it is recommended that the students of Cyber Security and Machine Intelligence specializations to have studied Mathematics during the +2/pre-university also.

DUK has commenced the application process for MSc, MTech and PG Diploma programs in the academic year 2021-2022. Candidates who have appeared or are appearing for the final year/semester examination may also apply for the PG Programs provided that they satisfy the following two conditions
Condition 1 ‐ That they have appeared/ are appearing for the final year/semester exam in full and for the first time
Condition 2 ‐ That they have passed all examinations prior to the final year /semester.
Selected students for the PG programs are expected to submit all the original documents of marklists, degree/provisional degree certificates, migration certificate,etc. by 31st January 2022. In case any of the candidates fail to submit the original certificates as proof of their eligibility by this date, the University may be forced to ask the students to discontinue the course.[
SELECTION PROCESS
APPLICATION FEE : RS.500/-(GENERAL) & RS. 250/- (SC/ST/Divyaang)
The selection to all MTech and MSc programmes of Digital University Kerala will be through a common admission process.
Prospective students will have to either (i) clear the Digital University Aptitude Test (DUAT) Or (ii) possess a valid GATE/NET score in a relevant discipline.
For the MSc programs, GATE score holders with a valid score in relevant disciplines as on 1st April 2021 are exempted from taking the entrance examination. Interested UGC-NET qualified candidates in relevant disciplines are also exempted from taking DUAT for admission to MSc programs.
For MTech programs preference will be given to the GATE qualified candidates.
The cut off for the DUAT score for shortlisting is decided by the individual Schools on yearly basis and can vary from one school to another.

The short-listed students will be interviewed and provisionally selected based on their cumulative performance in the interview and the qualifying test scores. The weightage for the qualification score and interview shall be defined by the individual Schools based on the needs of the programme.
Separate rank lists shall be drawn up for reserved seats.
