ADMISSION NOTIFICATION UNDER FOREIGN NATIONAL, NRI and NRI SPONSORED CATEGORY
Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai invites applications for filling up the seats under Foreign National, Non Resident Indian (NRI) and NRI Sponsored categories for the following programmes:
Programme
a) B.A..LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Years Integrated Degree Programme
No. of Seats under NRI/NRI Sponsored* 20
No. of Seats under Foreign National 10
(b) One Year LL.M. Programme in the following specializations:
i) Corporate and Commercial Laws
ii) Constitutional & Administrative Laws
iii) Maritime Laws
No. of Seats under NRI/NRI Sponsored* 10
No. of Seats under Foreign National 5
"Preference will be given to NRI students over NRI Sponsored students.
*Admission shall be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 600/2015
pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India..
Selection of candidates belonging to NRI/ NRI Sponsored category will be made strictly as per merit list of CLAT 2021. Therefore, such candidates are required to submit the form only after declaration of the CLAT 2021 result.

• Candidates are required to carefully go through detailed instructions at (Annexure - B) before making application.
• Application Fee of Rs. 5000 (or USD 100) has to be remitted as given in (Annexure -C)
Applications complete in all respects, together with self-attested scanned copies of all requisite certificates and testimonials listed in "Annexure-B" must reach via the prescribed Google Form before 23:59 Hrs (1ST) of 23RD August 2021. Incomplete application will be summarily rejected and the University shall not entertain any claim in this regard.
List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the University website www.mnlumumbai.edu.in/admission.php on 26th August 2021. Waiting List will be maintained wherever necessary and expedient.
