M.Tech. (Four Semesters -Two Years): Civil Engineering (Structural Engg, Traffic & Transportation Planning, Offshore Structures and Environmental Geotechnolog0; Computer Science & Engineering (Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering (Information Security); Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation & Control Systems, Power Systems, Power Electronics and Computer Controlled Industrial Power); Electronics Engineering (Electronics Design & Technology, Microelectronics & VLSI Design, Telecommunication and Signal Processing),; Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management, Thermal Sciences, Manufacturing Technology, Energy Management, Materials Science & Technology and Nanotechnology).

PG Diploma in Civil Engineering: Construction Management.
M.Sc(Tech): (i) Photonics (ii) Polymer Science & Technology.
Integrated M.Sc(Tech): Mathematics and Scientific Computing.
