Admission Notice for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology (BMLT) & B.Sc. (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry) courses, Session 2012.
Online applications are invited for admission to above courses, upto 22.06.12 and send Printout of online application form upto 04.07.12 to "The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot" along with self-attested copies of certificates and fee Rs. 2800/- (Rs. 1800/- for SC) (download bank challan form for depositing the fee). Prospectus are also available on cash payment of Rs. 800/- from 24.05.12 onwards at BFUHS, Faridkot, GMC Patiala, GMC, Amritsar and Physiotherapy colleges at SINPMS Badal, All Saint Ludhiana, DAV Jalandhar, Adesh Muktsar & Bathinda, Gian Sagar Ram Nagar Banur. Last date of receipt of application form available in prospectus is 04.07.12. Counselling will be held on 10-07-12, 9:00 a.m. onwards at University College of Physiotherapy, Faridkot. Fee once deposited will not be refunded / adjusted in any case.
