NOTIFICATION

JOINT CSIR-UGC TEST FOR JRF/LS (NET) SCHEDULED ON 17.06.2012

It is informed to candidates who have applied for Joint CSIR-UGC test for JRF/LS (NET) scheduled on 17th June, 2012 that the list of candidates registered for the test shall be available on CSIR, HRDG website www.csirhrdq.res.in from 15th May, 2012 onwards. The candidates may check their registration at the above said website, if any candidate whose name is not found registered he/she may contact the Examination Unit between 15th to 21st  May, 2012 alongwith (i) Both side photo copy of filled in application form/hard copy (in case of Online application) (ii) Proof of dispatch (in case candidate does not have U.RC. due to decision of Postal Deptt. to discontinue U.RC. the candidate will have to submit an undertaking that he/she has submitted the application form within the stipulated closing date). In this regard, no request/representation will be entertained after 21.05.2012.

The Admission Certificate to all the registered candidates will be dispatched 3 weeks before the test, however, if any registered candidate does not receive the -same by 11th June, 2012, he/she should download his/her duplicate Admission Certificate from our above website. Such registered candidates may also approach to the respective centre coordinator with two identical black & wtiite passport size photographs on 16th June, 2012 for getting duplicate Admission Certificate. The addresses of centre coordinators will be placed on our website www.csirhrdq.res.in on 11th June, 2012 which will remain upto 17th June, 2012.

MOBILE PHONE AND OTHER SIMILAR I.T. GADGETS ARE BANNED IN THE PREMISES OF EXAMINATION CENTRE.
