1. Integrated Ph. D. program: Minimum
duration - 4 years.
Eligibility:
Graduation with an Honours degree in the concerned discipline or subject having
at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
2. Ph. D. Program: Minimum duration – 2
years.
Eligibility:
Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject or discipline with at least 55%
marks or equivalent grade.
Candidates
appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
However, before the completion of the admission procedure, the original mark sheet
of the qualifying examination has to be produced to show that the candidate
fulfills the eligibility criteria.

Admission
Application
forms may be downloaded or collected personally from the office of the Registrar,
National Law University, Nagaur Road. Jodhpur. Filled-up application form along
with the self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents and a demand
draft of Rs.2500/- (Rs. Two thousand five hundred only) payable to the Registrar,
National Law University, Jodhpur, payable at Jodhpur must reach the
following address on or before 28th June

The admission
will be through an entrance test and a personal interview. The
entrance test will be held at National Law University, Jodhpur, on 7th July 2013 from
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The entrance test will seek to judge the abilities of the
candidates in the fields of language, numerical analysis, research aptitude,
logical reasoning and the subject knowledge. The subject-specific
questions will be short-answer type and for the rest, there will be multiple-choice
questions. Candidate short-listed on the basis of entrance test will be
called for a personal interview.
Admission will
be subject to the availability of vacancies and facilities in the area of research
chosen by the candidate.
