Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM 2012)
Institute of Rural Management Anand, Gujarat, has invited applications for admission to the following programmes:
1) Postgraduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM 2012-14)
Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having 50% (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD) aggregate marks or an equivalent GPA from a recognised Indian or foreign university/ institution are eligible to apply. Candidates, who expect to fulfill the eligibility requirements before, June 11,2012, may also apply. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
2) Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM 2012)
Eligibility: Candidates with any one of the following:
(i) Postgraduation in any discipline from a recognised Institution with 55% marks, and 50% marks at graduation level;
(ii) PRM from IRMA;
(iii) Four-year professional degree (engineering, agricultural sciences etc.) with 60% marks and at least one year work experience;
(iv) Five-year professional degree (medicine, veterinary science, architecture etc.) with 60% marks are eligible for admission to FPRM. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates are eligible for 5% relaxation in the marks specified above. Candidates, who expect to fulfill the eligibility requirements before June 11,2012, may also apply.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
A written test, common for all the above programmes will be conducted on November 13,2011 -Sunday (09:15-12:15 hr) at 27 centres across India. PRM participants are selected on the basis of the written test, group discussion and interview. FPRM participants are selected on the basis of the written test, interview and presentation of an essay.

Anand, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pantnagar, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, Varanasi, and Vijayawada.
HOW TO APPLY:
An applicant can opt for one of the following options:
a. Apply online and pay through payment gateway.
b. Make payment at any branch of IMS learning centre, after getting IMS receipt, apply only through website https://www.irma.ac.in by using IMS receipt number.
c. Take a print out of SBI challan available on website https://www.irma.ac.in . Make payment at any branch of SBI by using the challan. SBI would then issue a unique ID number. Use this unique ID number and apply online through website https://www.irma.ac.in
d. Printed application material (prospectus, application form, sample question paper etc.) can be obtained from Admissions Office, IRMA, Anand-388 001 on payment of full fees. It is compulsory for all applicants to send a hard copy of application form at Admissions Office, IRMA, Anand-388001, Gujarat.
Examination Fees for Online Applicant:
General & OBC: Rs. 1000/- (One Programme) and Rs. 1500/- (Two Programmes)
SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 500/- (One Programme) and Rs. 750/- (Two Programmes)
Candidtes Applying in Hardcopy have to add Rs. 50/- to the above mentioned fees.
Last date for submission of application is 30th September 2011.
