Eligibility: Candidate
should
possess
the
PG
Degree
of
Ayurveda
Vachaspati
(M.D./M.S.Ayu.)
in
subject
concerned
from
the
University
of
Rajasthan/Rajasthan
Ayurveda
University,
Jodhpur
or
their

equivalent
examination
recognized
by
the
Rajasthan
Ayurveda
University,
Jodhpur
and
recognized
by
CCIM.



Candidates appearing in final year P.G. examination may also apply with the condition that they will submit the certificate of their passing of P.G. degree, issued by the University / Institute; at the time of interview.

Reservations: 15%
Fellowships
are
reserved
for
SC,
7½%
Fellowships
are
reserved
for
ST,
27%
Fellowships
are
reserved
for
OBC.

seat
is
reserved
for
candidates
nominated
by
BIMSTEC
Countries
through
ICCR.


Fellowship Amount: An
amount
of
Rs.
18,702
per
month
for
First
year
and


Rs.
19,323for
subsequent
years

plus
D.A.
as
per
rules
shall
be
paid
as
Fellowship.



The
research
work
done
during
the
period
of
Fellowships
can
be
submitted
to
the

Rajasthan
Ayurveda
University,
Jodhpur
for
the
award
of
“Ayurveda
Vidya
Varidhi”
(Ph.D.
Ayurveda).



The
Director
reserves

the
right
to
accept
or
reject
any
application
Form
or
to
cancel
any
admission
without
assigning
any
reason
thereof.

Applications in the prescribed Format are invited up to 23-082011 for Admission to Research
Fellowship in the Specialities of Kaya Chikitsa, Dravya Guna, Kaumarbhritya, Panchkarma, Rasa Shashtra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, Roga & Vikriti Vigyan, Samhita, Shalya Tantra and Sharir Kriya ( 2 Seats each )

The filled Application along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 for General and OBC Category and Rs. 750 for SC/ST Categories in favour of “ Director, National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur ” should reach the Institute by the closing date (23-08-2011)

The research work done during Fellowship may be submitted to the Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur for award of Ph.D (Ay.) and therefore , as per University and UGC guidelines, a Written Test will be conducted on 25-09-2011 followed by Interview on 26-09-2011 for the eligible Candidates.

Candidates for the Fellowship will be selected on the basis of the Merit prepared out of the basis of the Written Test and Interview.

Candidates applying are, therefore , directed to watch their Website on 30-08-2011 when the list of eligible Candidates for Written Test and Interview will be posted. No Postal Communication will be sent to the Candidates for the same.
