Admission notice for B.Sc Nursing and B. Pharm(Ay.) Entrance Test -2012
Applications are invited for the course of B.Sc Nursing in the College of Nursing at Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U., Varanasi & B. Pharm (Ay.) at The Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkacha, Mirzapur Dist., under Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi.
Eligibility: Intermediate 10+2 OR equivalent from the recognizedboard/university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & English with minimum 50% aggregate marks (PCBE) for General/OBC category and 40% for SC/ST category.
The age of the candidates should be between 17 to 25 years for all categories as on 31-07-2012.
Availability of application form:
1) The prescribed application form and information booklet can be downloaded from IMS website (www.imsbhu.nic.in ) or BHU website (www.bhu.ac.in .) from 14-1-2012 to 22-03-2012. Duly completed application form along with Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS,BHU payable at Varanasi, should reach the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, on or before 28-03-2012.
2) Application form & information
booklet can also be obtained from the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi-221 005, A) by post from 14-01-2012 to 22-03-2012 by sending a self addressed unstamped envelope along with a letter of request and a DD of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, payable at Varanasi. B). In person from 14-01-2012 to 22-03-2012 on payment of Rs 50.00 by cash .A DD of Rs.1000/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS,BHU, payable at Varanasi, has to be paid at the time of submission of form.
Last date for receipt of completed application form in the office of the Director,
IMS,BHU, Varanasi 221-005, 28-3-2012. ( TILL 5 P.M. ONLY )
Commencement of Entrance test:
03-06-2012 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon at Varanasi. No separate application is required, if applying for both courses.
