Eligibility to appear for the Entrance Examination for M.D. / M.S. Courses!
Pass in M.B.B.S. Degree Course from a Medical College recognized by Medical Council of India after completion of Internship (C.R.R.I.) on or before 31.03.2012
Date of issue of Application: 11.04,2012 (Wednesday)
Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Administrative Block, Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, Chettinad Health City campus on payment of ?iooo/- (Rupees One thousand only) by cash or by means of a Demand Draft. If the application form is downloaded from the university's website, a demand draft for?iooo/- (Rupees One thousand only) drawn in favour of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed.
Photo copies of the f of lowing certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should be enclosed along with the application form for Entrance Examination;- M.B.B.S. Degree Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate I & II, Mark sheets of the University Examination for the whole of the M.B.B.S. Course, Attempt Certificate (First year to Final year wherever applicable),Community Certificate, Internship Certificate (C.R.R.I.), Permanent Registration Certificate issued by Medical Council of India or respective State Medical Council, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate (wherever applicable) and Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last studied.

Selection will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this University on All India basis.

If the application form is downloaded from the university's website a DD for Rs.200/- (Rupees Two hundren only) in favour of Ceetinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed.
