(APB) at GGSMC, Faridkot (Anatomy-2, Physiology-2, Biochemistry-2), GMC Patiala (Anatomy-2, Physiology-2, Biochemistry-2) & GMC Amritsar (Anatomy-2, Biochemistry-2). Counselling will be held on 21.11.2012 at 9.00 AM at Registrar office, BFUHS, Faridkot.

Eligibility criteria of M.Sc. APB

“The above courses will be open to those candidates who have passed B.Sc. course taking Medical Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry as their subjects with 50% or above marks from recognized Institutions.”

Applications are available in the office of Registrar, BFUHS, Faridkot by 16.11.2012. alongwith Demand Draft of Rs. 3000/- favouring Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot.

* Degree/Certificate from the Head of the Institute where from passed B.Sc. (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry)

* Detail Marks Card of B.Sc. (APB) of all years

* Character Certificate from Institution last attended

* Certificate in support of claim under reserved category

* Punjab Residence Certificate

* Demand Draft of Rs. 3000/- (in original)

* Self Undertaking (not availed any Residence benefit in any other state)

* Self Undertaking of Gap year (if any)

* Matric or equivalent certificate for Date of Birth

Last date for submission of applications is 16.11.2012.
