Research Entrance Test 2014-2015

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar has invited applications for admission to Ph.D courses of year 2014-15, in the following subjects through reseach entrance test.

Main Subjects:
Sanskrit , Vedic Literature, Philosophy, English, Hindi, Literature, Human Consciousness and Yogic Science, Ancient Indian History Culture & Archaeology, Psychology, Management, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Zoology, Environmental Science, Botany, Microbiology

Eligibility
A candidate holding Master's Degree from any recognised University / Institution with at least 55% marks in the main subject or an allied subject is eligible for the Research Entrance Test (RET) and registration for PhD degree. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks for SC / ST / PWD in the restriction of minimum marks.

How to apply:
Application form, Information Brochure and Rules & Regulations for Research Entrance Test (RET)/Direct Admission (RET Exempted) for admission to PhD programme can be obtained from the office of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash or by sending a demand draft of Rs. 1050/- to Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. The demand draft should be in favour of "Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya'' payable at Haridwar. Application form can also be downloaded from www.gkv.ac.in
Completely filled in application form for entrance test/ Direct Admission shall be submitted to the office of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar.
Application form downloaded from website will be accepted along with demand draft of Rs. 1000/-.

Last Date for Submitting the Filled in Application Form: 15.10.2014
Date of Research Entrance Test (RET):  02.11.2014
