06. Interventional Cardiology: DNB / DM (Cardiology)

07. Pediatric Cardiology: DNB / MD (Pediatrics) / DNB / DM (Cardiology)               

08. Spine Surgery: DNB / MS (Ortho Surgery) / DNB / MCh (Neuro Surgery)

09. Hand & Micro Surgery: DNB / MCh (Plastic Surgery) / DNB / MS (Ortho) / DNB / MS (Gen Surgery)

General Eligibility Criteria

(A) Candidates who are in possession of Post Graduate Medical Degree / Provisional Pass Certificate by the last date of application submission i.e. 31.12.2014 in the eligible* specialties and their Medical qualifications are recognized as per the provisions of IMC Act (1956) may apply for FET- 2015.

(B) Candidates who are in possession of DNB degree certificate / Provisional Pass Certificate by the last date of application submission i.e. 31.12.2014 in the eligible* specialties may apply for FET- 2015.

Candidate should possess permanent registration certificate of MBBS qualification and their additional medical qualification should be recognised as per provision of IMC Act.

Payment of Fees:

i) Fellowship Entrance Examination Rs. 3650/-

ii) Internet Downloaded forms Rs. 750/-

Deposition of Fees:

By cash Deposit - At any branch of Indian Bank (website: www.indianbank.in)  or Axis Bank (website: www.axisbank.com).  

The fee as above can be deposited at any branch of the Indian Bank or Axis Bank.

Pay-in-slip can also be downloaded from website www.natboard.edu.in.

NBE copy of pay-in-slip is required to be submitted in original along with application form.

Banks are permitted to levy transaction charges for the above as follows:

Indian Bank - Rs. 30/- per Challan

Axis Bank - Rs. 70/- per Challan

Last date of submission form is 15th October, 2014

Date of Examination is 14th December 2014

Duration - 2 Hours 10.00 am - 12.00 pm
