Integrated Doctoral Programme in Management Admission Notice 2015-2017

Applications have been invited by Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar - 751013, Odisha for admission to Integrated Doctoral Programme in Management for the year 2015-17.

Eligibility:

The minimum requirement for admission to the Programme is a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognised university / deemed university. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2015, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15.

Admission Test:

Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests: a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on 4 January, 20154 or b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on 16 & 22 November 2014, or c) GMAT taken in 2013 or 2014 (minimum score for applying 550), or d) X-GMAT to be conducted at Bhubaneswar during January 2015, by Xavier University. Applicants opting for XAT or CAT have to follow XAT / CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT / CAT / GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIMB, if not opting for X-GMAT.

XIMB Application:

Applicants also have to fill up the online application form separately for XIMB programme at: www.ximb.ac.in  Up on successfully filling the online application form, the Payment Advice Form can be downloaded. The applicant must take a printout of the same payment advice form and mail it to the Admissions Office, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar-751013, accompanied by the proof of payment of application fee (non-refundable). The application fee must be paid by one of the following ways:

1. Use the Payment Gateway link available on the XIMB online application page to pay the relevant application fee through:

a) Net Banking using your account holding bank’s net banking options (of any bank in India); or

b) Credit / Debit Cards of any bank in India.

(You should send to XIMB the PA Form along with a copy of Payment Gateway Response, as proof of payment.);

 OR

2.  Use the State Bank Collect link available on the application page.

(You should send to XIMB the PA Form along with a copy of State Bank Collect e-Receipt, as proof of payment.)

On receipt and processing of proof of payment of the required amount and the Payment Advice Form, the Bulletin 2015 will be mailed to the applicant. The last date for applying online is December 5, 2014, and for receiving the application fee it is December 12, 2014.
