BHM/ B.P.E/ BPEd Admission Notice 2015
Applications are invited for admission to the
following UG Programmes and BPEd having Entrance Examinations for the year
2015-16 in Calicut University Centres/affiliated colleges:
COURSES AND ELIGIBILTY:
1. BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) - 4 years
Pass in +2 or equivalent as recognized by
University of Calicut.
2. B.P.E (Bachelor of Physical Education) - 4 years
Pass in +2 or Pass in 2 year course in Physical
Education after SSLC recognized by Calicut University. Age limit 23 years as on
1st July of the Academic year in which admission is sought.
3. B.PEd -
2 Semesters
A pass in any Bachelor Degree of this University or
a Bachelor degree recognised as equivalent there to. The candidate should be
below 25 years of age as on 1st July of the Academic Year in which admission is
sought. Should be physically fit for daily heay load of exercises. Relaxation
upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates & Sports stars in AIU approved
Games/Sports (only 3 years performance be considered for relaxation (should be
unmarried)
Applications:
1.Applications are to be submitted online through
the Website " www.universityofcalicut.info
" on or before 25.05.2015, 5 P.M.
2.Signed print out of applications bearing Passport
size Photograph attested by the Gazetted Officer along with (i) the original
chalan receipt for having remitted the fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates
on the basis of valid community certificate issued by the competent authority)
to Calicut University Funds in Calicut University fee counter/Government
Treasuries/Designated Branches of SBT/Janasevankendra OR Demand Draft (only in
the case of out of State candidates) drawn in favour of the Finance Officer,
University of Calicut payable at SBT Calicut University Branch and (ii)
attested copies of certificates as proof of qualifications, age and community
should be forwarded to the Co-ordinator,Centre for Physical Education,
University of Calicut, 673 635 so as to reach the same on or before 27.05.2015, 5. P.M.
