M.Tech (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology)
offered by Department of Physics and Astrophysics and Department of Chemistry
Eligibility: BSc General or Honours in Physical Sciences/Chemical Sciences/Biological Sciences.
Completed at least one year course in Mathematics.
Candidates must have qualified JAM Test conducted by Indian Institute of Technologies.
Short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
Selected candidates may be provided scholarship of Rs.3000/- p.m. (Sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (Govt of India) or University of Delhi.)
Project work to be carried out at National and/or International Laboratories.
Reservation of SC/ST/OBC Candidates will be as per Delhi University norms.
NB:
1. Candidate who has completed any Masters Degree or pursuing any Masters Degree are not eligible for this course.
2. The decision of the Admission Committee is final regarding the admission.
3. No TA/DA will be provided for the candidates to attend the interview.
4. Cheques are not acceptable; the application forms without DD would be disqualified.

MSc (Computer Science)
Eligibility: (a) BSc (H) Computer Science with 60% marks (b) BSc Applied Physical Sciences (c) Any Bachelor's Degree with at least eight papers in Computer Science and two papers in Mathematics under semester system or at least six papers in Computer Science and two papers in Mathematics under annual examination system.
Note: For (b) and (c) 60% marks in aggregate and 60% marks in Computer Science and Mathematics separately are required.
50% of the seats shall be filled on the basis of merit in the BSc (H) Computer Science Examination 2009 of the University of Delhi. These candidates are also required to fill up the application form.

Note: SC/ST Candidates shall be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility requirements.
