Post SSC Diploma Course Admission-2012
Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra state invites online applications for admission to first year of three/four year Post SSC Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology in Govt, Govt Aided and such unaided polytechnics/institutes and/or such number of seats from unaided institutes for the academic year 2012-13
Eligibility:
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the SSC (Std X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with minimum 35% marks in aggregate with subjects Math/ Mathematics, General Science and English
In case of ICSE/CBSE boards, candidate passed with Science and Mathematics is eligible for admission
Application Form:
Information brochure and application kit will be available for sale at the cost of Rs 400/- for general category candidates (Rs 300/- for reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only) in cash at all application form receipt centres (ARCs)
Submit online application form through the website www.dte.org.in, once the application ID is activated by the ARC from where application kit is purchased
J&K migrant candidates shall send the completed online application form by post/courier/in-person so as to reach at J&K migrant admission center Principal, SBM Polytechnic, Near Cooper Hospital, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai-400056

Sale of the information brochure along with application kit at designated ARC’s: 29th June, 2012, 10.00 a.m. onwards to 06th July, 2012, upto 05.00 p.m.
Submission of online application form through the website www.dte.org.in/poly2012 for all candidates: 29th June, 2012, 10.00 a.m. onwards to 06th July, 2012, upto 05.00 p.m.
Display of provisional merit list for Maharashtra/J&K candidates on website www.dte.org.in/poly2012: 09th July, 2012, 05.00 p.m.
Grievances/corrections to be submitted at ARC where the form is confirmed, if any: 10th July, 2012, 10.00 a.m. onwards to 11th July, 2012, 05.00 p.m.
Display of final merit list on website: 13th July, 2012, 05.00 p.m.
All ARC’s shall remain open including all holidays falling under schedule
Similarly all institute office shall remain open including all holidays for reporting between 10.00 a.m. to 05.30 p.m.
