M.Tech (Nano-Science and Technology) Admissions2012
Eligibility: Admission is open to the candidates from any recognized University/Institute who have passed B.E./B.Tech in any branch or M.Sc in any branch with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC/ST) and Mathematics at 10+2 (PUC) level
Duration: 2 years (4 semesters) last semester is devoted to project work
No of Seats: 25 seats (10 seats for Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), 10 seats for Science (M.Sc) degree holders, 05 seats for sponsored candidates from Industries/ Institutes)
Fellowship: All students will be provided with a monthly stipend of Rs 5000/- (likely to be enhanced to Rs 8,000/-) and yearly contingency of Rs 25000/- (not for sponsored candidates)
