B.Ed (SE) Admission Notice 2012-2013
Jadavpur University, Kolkata has invited applications for admission to one year full time B.Ed. (Special Education) of the session 2012 – 13, recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and approved by School Service Commission (SSC) offered by Department of Adult, Continuing Education and Extension (DACEE) in the specialization :
(A) Loco Motor Impairment & Neuromuscular Disorder in collaboration with Indian Institute of Cerbral Palsy (IICP), Kolkata.
(B) Mental Retardation in collaboration with Monovikas Kendra, Kolkata (Extension of RCI approval awaited).
Eligibility : Graduate from recognized University.
Course Fee :
Rs.20,000/- annually to be paid at the time of admission + admission fee Rs.460/-.
Full / Half Free Studentship (Tution Fee only) on merit cum means basis as per University Rule and Reservation for SC/ST/PD as per Government Rule.

Duly filled Application Form must be submitted at DACEE in person or by post on or before 11.06.2012 along with a Demand Draft of Rs.100/- (preferably from S.B.I.) in favour of ‘Jadavpur University’ payable at Kolkata.

Selection list of Written Test : 29.06.2012.
Interview : 03.07.2012 & 04.07.2012.
1st Selection List : 12.07.2012.
Date of Admission for 1st Selection List : 12.07.2012 – 18.07.2012.
List for wait listed candidates : 23.07.2012 at 1 pm at DACEE.
Admission of wait listed candidates : 23.07.2012 & 24.07.2012.
Date of commencement of classes : 26.07.2012.
