Application and Prospectus can be obtained from the “Application Sales Counter”, University of Madras, Chennai — 5.
Cost : Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates on production of attested Xerox copy of the community certificate).
Application and Prospectus by post : Send a written request specifying the name of the programme together with a Demand Draft for Rs.350/- (Rs.300/- towards cost of application and Rs.50/- towards postage) drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Madras, Chennai-5 for all the programmes.
Application can also be downloaded from www.unom.ac.in. However, the cost of application Rs.300/- by means of Demand Draft should be enclosed.
Last date for receipt of filled in application forms is (extended) : 15 June, 2012.
