Application Form once sold/ issued in the name of the candidate cannot be returned/ transferred under any circumstances.

The decision of ISMS to call any Applicant for the entrance process is final and binding on the Applicant. No queries/ information in this respect will be entertained.

The answer to the topic given in the Application Form should be an original thought. Copying from Internet/ other source is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification/ rejection of Application.
The request for Application Form should be received on or before the last date specified for sale of Application.
Application form should be complete in all respects failing which it will be rejected.
Application forms duly filled with all particulars should be submitted to reach the Institute on or before the last date for submission of Application.
ISMS reserve the right to accept or reject the Application Form.

Fee once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
All disputes with reference to Admission are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
