Applications are invited up to 04.07.2012 for one post of Scientist-'C (Immunology) at the National AIDS Research Institute, Pune in the Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600 and usual allowances as admissible as per Government norms. 

Essential Qualification & Experience: (i) MBBS degree recognized by MCI OR

First class Master's degree in Immunology / Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Biochemissry and allied subjectfrom a recognized University OR

2nd class MSc. in Immunology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry and allied subjects with Ph.D. degree in relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institute.

(ii)Four years R&D experience in related subject'after obtaining essential ' qualification(i) above.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Doctorate Degree or M.D in Microbiology/Medicine from a recognized university,

2. Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in Recognized Institute(s).

3. Knowledge of Computer Applications/ data management.

Age : Not exceeding 40 years. Relaxable up to 5 years for Government servants and forSC/ST/OBC candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and Training from time to time in this regard.
