Surat Muncipal Institute of Medical Institution & Resarch (SMIMER) has invited applications for admission to 'First Year' MSc (MLT) course (Academic year- 2012-2013) from eligible students who have passed BSc with Microbiology / Bioscience / Biochemistry / Medical Laboratory Technology subject or DMLT from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University or any other recognized university.

Duly filled applications alongwith the required documents and a Demand Draft of Rs. 300 /- should be submitted to the office of Dean, SMIMER, Umarwada, Surat - 395010 on or before 07-06-2012. Demand Draft (D.D) should be in favour of "Commissioner, Surat Municipal Corporation" payable at Surat.

Application will be considered only if duly attested photocopies of the following documents are attached :

1. School Leaving Certificate

2. Marks sheets of the qualifying examination

3. Attempt certificate

4. Character certificate from the previous institute

5. No Objection certificate in case of applicants who are employed

6. Medical certificate of fitness as per requirement of the Council.

7. Caste certificate (issued by the competent authority of the Government of Gujarat)

8. In case of SEBC, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate of current year i.e 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013

9. Migration Certificate, in case of applicants other than VNSGU

10. Self addressed stamped two envelopes.
