Admission to B.Tech-I Year /B.Tech II Year Lateral Entry-2012 ( Only for Male Candidates)
Admission to B.Tech I year against vacant seats(if any) after CCB counselling will be done through a merit list prepared on the basis of All India Rank of AIEEE-2012 , Interested candidates can download the respective form and apply as per the insturctions given in the information brochure. Attach a photocpy of their AIEEE-2012 score card , category certificate(if applicable) and a demand draft of Rs.200/- in favour of Registrar, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidayalya, payable at Haridwar along with the downloaded application form.
Admisssion to B.Tech II Year is done through entrance examination conducted by the Vishwavidyalaya, Interested candidates can download the respective form and apply as per the insturctions given in the information brochure.Attach a demand draft of Rs.500/- in favour of Registrar, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidayalya, payable at Haridwar along with the downloaded application form.
** Completley filled in application forms along with the supporting documents must be send to Admission Convener at Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, 10 Km Haridwar- Delhi Marg, Near Shani Dev Temple, Shradhannand Puram, Bhadrabad , Haridwar.On the top of envelope write application form for admission to B.Tech.

Date of display of merit list : 18 August 2012
Date of counselling and admission to vacant seats : 24 August 2012
Reporting Time of counselling on the day of cousnelling: 9:00 am to 11:00 am ( No candidate will be allowed to attend the counselling if he fails to report on time on the day of counselling)

B.Tech II Year

Date of Entrance Examination : 05 July 2012, Time : 10 am t o12 Noon. ** Admit Card will be given at the centre itself one hour before the exam.

Fee Details
otal fee in I Year - 59,040/- per annum through DD
Hostel Rent: 17,000/- per annum including security of 5000/-(refundable) through DD
Bus Fee: 4000/- per annum.
Total Fee has to be deposited on the time of coulselling immediatley by Demand draft in favor of Registrar Gurukula Kangri University payable at Haridwar.
