Request for application form, by post, can be
sent to The Chairman, P.G. Council, North Orissa University, Takatpur,
Baripada-757003, Odisha.
The cost of
application form and Information Brochure is Rs. 250/- by hand and Rs. 300/- by
post. The application form can also be downloaded from the website www.nou.nic.in and be submitted to the
University with a Bank Draft of Rs. 250/-. All payments should be made through
Bank Draft in favour of the Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University,
payable at Baripada.
Forms will
be available in the office of the Chairman, PG Council / Director, SFC.
Completed application forms shall be submitted to the Chairman, P.G. Council,
North Orissa University, Baripada by hand or by registered post / speed post.
