Admission to Bachelor and Master Degree programme in Architecture and Planning 2011-2012
Applications are invited for admission to the following programmes:
Bachelor’s Programme (Architecture / Planning)
Masters Programme in : Two years (Full Time):

5. Master of design (Industrial Design)
Eligibility
For Architectural Conservation & Urban Design: Bachelor degree in Architecture or Planning of a recognized university or equivalent
For Environmental Planning, Regional and Urban Planning: Bachelor degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent, or Master’s degree in Geography or Economics or Sociology from a recognized university, or equivalent.
For Housing: Bachelor degree in Planning or Architecture or Municipal Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Building Engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent, or Master’s degree in Economics or Sociology from a recognized university, or equivalent.
For Transport Planning: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Civil Engineering or Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent, or Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Operational Research from a recognized university, or equivalent.
Landscape Architecture: Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture or Planning from a recognized university or equivalent, or Master’s degree in planning from a recognized university.
For Building Engineering & Management: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Building Science from a recognized university or equivalent, and also Five Year Diploma in Construction Technology from any recognized University or Institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature.
For Industrial design: Bachelor degree in Architecture or other stream approved by CEED with a valid CEED score card from a recognized university or equivalent.
Marks: Candidates with at least 55% marks in aggregate at the qualifying examination, 50% aggregate marks in respect of SC /ST candidates.
How To Apply
Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application form available from selected branches of UCO Bank in Delhi for Rs.100/- and by Post from the school against the payment of Rs.150/- through DD in favour of “School of Planning and Architecture”, payable at New Delhi.
Forms can also be downloaded from the school’s website www.spa.ac.in
Only one application form is to be submitted by an applicant seeking admission to any Two Master’s Degree Programmes.
Applicants wishing to apply for more than two programmes may fill more than one application form as required.
Admission to Bachelor degree programmes will be made through AIEEE 2011and through Central Counseling Board (CCB 2011).
Foreign Nationals (10%), Non-Resident Indians (3%) and Persons of Indian Origin (2%) apply on plain paper along with documents and registration fee of US $ 300 (non-refundable).
Last date for receipt of form 07 June 2011
