M.Phil Social Work Admissions 2011-2012
The Department of Social Work, University of Delhi has invited applications for admission to MPhil in Social Work for the academic session 2011-2012.
Eligibility:
Any person who has obtained MA (Social Work) degree from any recognized university of India or abroad with 55% or more marks or equivalent grade shall be eligible to apply for admission to M. Phil. Social Work. Candidates awaiting their result of final year examination can also apply.
Selection Procedure:
All the candidates satisfying the minimum requirements need to pass in the Written Test and Panel Interview separately. Marks for the interview and written test are 100 each, and a candidate must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in each. The maximum enrolment in the MPhil Programme shall be 20 students.
Admission Bulletin along with application forms shall be available from 28th June 2011 and may be obtained from the Department of Social Work against a cash payment of Rs.250/- at Department counter or by post or by downloading the form from website www.du.ac.in along with a demand draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi.
Last date for submission of completed applications at the Department of Social Work by hand or by post is 21st July, 2011.
The admission Test will be held on 28th July 2011 at 10.00 am at the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi.
