Institute of BioInformatics and Biotechnology, University of Pune has invited applications for admission to MSc (Biotechnology) 5 years Integrated course for the Academic Year 2011-12.
Eligibility:
10+2 level Science examination of any recognized board in India, with 60% (Open), 55% (Reserved)
Application Procedure:
First draw the DD (The Demand Draft should be drawn in the name of ‘Registrar, University of Pune’, payable at Pune and drawn on any Nationalized Bank) of amount specified below:
Rs. 1000/- for Open Category and outside the state of Maharashtra candidates
Rs. 600/- for Reserved Category candidates (only those with domicile in Maharashtra State)
The student has to Post / Courier the following documents:
The Printout of His / Her Application form.
DD (The Demand Draft should be drawn in the name of ‘Registrar, University of Pune’, payable at Pune and drawn on any Nationalized Bank)
Statement of marks of the qualifying examination ( Note: in case of candidates whose results are awaited, statement of marks would have to be submitted after the declaration of results and their admission to the course is subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criterion stated in section 'f'.)
Leaving certificate of previously attended educational institute.
Birth certificate / school leaving certificate.
Reserved Category Certificate from the competent authority (applicable to candidates belonging to reserved category with domicile in Maharashtra only) and cast validity certificate as a supporting document).
on-creamy layer certificate if candidate belongs to OBC, NTC or NTD category.
For the candidates having physical disability: attested true copy of minimum 40% physical disability certificate from competent authority (District Civil Surgeon).

Last date for submission of application form: 5 June 2011
Date of Entrance Test: 12 June 2011
Time of Entrance Test: 11.00 am to 02.00 pm.
