North Orissa University invites application in prescribed form for admission in the following courses in distance learning mode for the academic session 2012-13.

6 M.A. in PMIR 2 Graduate in any stream 10,000/- per sem

7 M.A. in Political Science 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

8 M.A. in Education 2 Education in Graduation/B.Ed 10,000/- per ann.

9 Bachelor in Library & Information Sc.(BLISc)  Graduate in any stream 7,000/- per ann.

10 M.A. in History 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

11 M.A. in Sanskrit 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

12 M.A. in Oriya 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

13 M.A. in English 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

14 M.A. in Sociology 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

15 M.A. in Economics 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

16 M.A./M.Sc. in Anthropology 2 Graduate in any stream 5,000/- per ann.

Sl No.- 7 to 16 : Admission only at North Orissa University Study Centre

Besides admission fee a student will have to contribute a non refundable University Corpus Fund of Rs.250/- and has to fill up the forms for their respective courses at the time of admission with a examination fee of Rs. 1000/-

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Date of selling of application form 13.08.2012

2. Last date of submission of completed application form to Study Centres: 25.09.2012

3. Date of submission of admitted forms alongwith DD in the University office by the Study Cent. on or before 01.10.12

Application forms and the prospectus can be obtained

a. By hand from the office of the Director, DDCE or from the Study Centres by depositing demand draft of Rs.300/-

b. By post from the office of the Director, DDCE , NOU by depositing demand draft of Rs.350/-

c. By down loading from the website www.nou.nic.in  and be submitted to the study centre of their choice with a requisite fee of rs.300/- in shape of demand draft.

All the payment is to be made by demand draft in favour of Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University, in any nationalized bank, payable at Baripada.

N.B- “A” level Pass out of DOEACC/PGDCA/PGDIT students from recognized University can be admitted directly to 3rd Semester of MCA (Lateral Entry).

University Study Centres are limited to Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Bhubaneswar and for further details log on to www.nou.nic.in
