ADMISSION IN CLASS – VI / IX (FOR BOYS ONLY)

Applications are invited by Sainik School, Khurda (Odisha) on prescribed formats from eligible candidates for admission to Classes VI and IX for academic session 2013-14:

Eligibility (Age limit):

For Class VI : Boys between 10-11 years as on 01 Jul 2013 (i.e. boys born between 02 Jul 2002 to 01 Jul 2003)

For Class IX: Boys between 13-14 years as on 01 Jul 2013 (i.e. boys born between 02 Jul 1999 to 01 Jul 2000)

Mode of selection:

Through All India Entrance Test of 6th January 2013 (Sunday), Personal Interview and Medical Fitness Test

Examination Centres: Balasore, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Dhenkanal, Koraput, Rourkela, Sambalpur

The duly filled in application form along with all required documents can be submitted to the School office by hand or by post.

DD for 400.00 (for General/Defence Category) and 250.00 (for SC/ST Category) respectively towards application fee should be enclosed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP AND SUBMISSION OF DOWNLOADED APPLICATION FORM

[1] Use only original copy of the downloaded Application Form.

[1] Fill up the form with black ink ball pen.

[1] No cutting is allowed.

[1] Attach one extra copy of passport size photograph with the filled Form.

[1] Filled up downloaded application should be sent along with a DD for 400.00 (for General/Defence Category) and 250.00 (for SC/ST Category) respectively towards application fee.

[1] DD should be drawn in favour of “The Principal, Sainik School” payable at any Nationalized Bank at Bhubaneswar and sent along with the completed Application Form by Speed/Registered post to the Principal, Sainik School Bhubaneswar, PO: Sainik School, Distt: Khurda (Odisha), Pin – 751005.

[1] No alteration in the given format will be accepted.

[1] Incomplete application forms will be rejected.
