SPMVV PGCET–2014
The Director, Directorate of Admissions, Sri
Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (Women’s University), Tirupati has invited
applications for admission into various Post Graduate courses in Arts,
Humanities and Sciences offered during the academic year 2014-15.
The admissions in the University are limited to
women candidates only, who are local to one or the other University areas of
Andhra Pradesh i.e. all the three regions of AP (Andhra, Telangana and
Rayalaseema) in the ratio of 42:36:22

The courses offered are of two years duration (4

ELIGIBILITY
FOR WRITING THE ENTRANCE TEST
1. The candidate should have passed the qualifying
examination with a minimum of 40% marks in the concerned subject. For the
courses where the admission is based on the degree as a whole, the aggregate
percentage in the group subjects should be 40% of marks. For admission into
M.Ed., the aggregate marks in B.Ed. should be 50% and the aggregate marks in
degree/PG should be 45%. Pass is sufficient for SC/ST candidates for admission
into any course.
2. Candidates who have already passed the
qualifying examinations or who have appeared / are appearing for the final year
annual examination in 2014 are eligible to apply.
HOW TO APPLY
Application forms with Information Brochure can be
had from:

DD for Rs.425/- in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Sri
Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, (Women’s University),Tirupati, Payable at
Tirupati.
Applications can also be had by post from The
Director, by sending a D.D. for Rs.455/- (including Rs.30/- for Postage) drawn
on any Nationalised Bank in favour of "THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF
ADMISSIONS, SPMVV" payable at Tiruapti drawn on or before 10-05-2014.
Application forms can be directly downloaded from
the web site and filled applications may be sent by post along with application
form fee of Rs. 425/ in the form of DD, drawn in favour of the Director,
Directorate of Admissions, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, (Women’s
University), Tirupati, Payable at Tirupati.
Filled in application forms must be submitted with
necessary documents to The Director SPMVVPGCET – 2014, Directorate of
