Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon has invited applications for admission to (i) Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) (ii) Post-Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HR) conducted in collaboration with National HRD Network (iii) Post-Graduate Programme in International Management (PGP-IM) conducted in collaboration with ESCP, Europe and (iv) National Management Programme (Executive PGPM).
Applicants for admission to PGPM/PGP-HR/PGP-IM Programmes should have a Bachelor's Degree (Minimum 3-year) or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE. Those completing all requirements, for obtaining the Bachelor's Degree by 30th June, 2010, can also apply subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st October 2010.
For admission to NMP (EPGPM)applicant should have Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of 3-year)or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE and minimum 5 years of Post qualification Executive (Class I or Officer Grade) work experience.
MDI uses CAT for short listing applicants for all these programmes. Applicant has to appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) to be conducted by the IIMs from 28th November to 7th December 2009. (See http://www.catiim.in/ for applying for CAT). Foreign/ NRI / PIO applicants can apply by submitting valid GMAT scores (taken not later than October 2009). NRI applicants residing in India during July-December 2009 will have to appear in CAT. Government of India Rules will be followed for admission of these categories of candidates.
Final selection will be based on performance in CAT/GMAT and subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview.Separate application has to be submitted for NMP (EPGPM)

Foreign/ NRI/PIO applicants can obtain the Information Brochure and Application Form by sending a Demand Draft of either US $100/- or Rs. 4,550/- or on cash payment of Rs. 4,500/- at MDI counters.
Application can be submitted online at www.mdi.ac.in. Those using this facility should send the Demand Draft of Rs. 1750/- drawn in favour of 'Management Development Institute', payable at Gurgaon/New Delhi after submitting the application online. Applicant should also send 2 stickers with his/her address and telephone numbers written thereon along with the Demand Draft.
Information Brochure and Application Form will be issued till 5 pm on 19th November, 2009. Completed Application Form can be submitted till 5 pm on 20th November 2009.
