a) B.Tech courses for the Academic year 2010-2014 are offered in the following branches
1. Computer Science & Engineering 2 . Electronics & Communication Engineering 3 . Electrical & Electronics Engineering 4 . Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering and 5 . Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates seeking admission to the above courses are to be qualified in Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam 2010 for all seats other than NRI Quota and marks with average 70% marks for PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) in 12th Standard desirable. 50% marks in Mathematics is compulsory.
Selection is purely based on merit and a Rank list will be prepared on the basis of index mark obtained with 50 : 50 weightage for the percentage marks obtained in the Common Engineering Entrance Examination- 2010, Govt. of Kerala, and percentage marks obtained for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th Standard. The branch will be allotted based on the rank, preference and availability of seats at the time of interview.
b) MCA for academic year 2010-13: Candidates with a pass in recognized regular Bachelor's Degree course of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level OR a pass in any recognized regular Bachelors Degree course of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with mathematics as one of the subjects, with not less than 55% marks excluding languages, are eligible to apply. (Those who are awaiting final year result can also apply). It is mandatory for the candidates to appear in the Entrance examination for MCA conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Govt. of Kerala.
Selection is purely based on merit and 50% of the seats are allotted from the Entrance examination for MCA conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Govt. of Kerala.
