NICMAR Admissions 2012
National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has invited applications for admission to the full time on campus courses of Academic Year 2012 Commencing from July 2012 at thier Campuses at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses:
Courses & Eligibility:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
4. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
Admission will be based on Entrance test to be conducted at admission test centers of Pune and Hyderabad.
Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR as given below, on payment of Rs. 1400 for one programme or Rs. 2100/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune":
1) 25/1, Balewadi, N.I.A. Post Office, Pune - 411045.
2) CISC, N.A.C. Campus, Kondapur Post, Hyderabad - 500032.
3) NICMAR Goa Centre, Mushtifund Saunstha, Commerce Centre, Near SBI, Ponda, Goa - 403401.
