4 Last date for issuance of application forms and receipt of filled in applications in the College. 01.09.2012 (Saturday)
5 Date of publication of Ist list consisting of sure lists and supplementary list of candidates selected on the Notice Board of the college (A Copy of the above is to be sent to the undersigned on the same day itself) 06.09.2012 (Thursday)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The admission shall be made only within the sanctioned strength.
2. The rules of admission of students issued from the University from time to time should be strictly followed in making admissions.
3. A copy of the Ist list is to be sent to the Registrar, University of Calicut, by Registered Post
on the same day itself of the publication of the list.
4. A copy of the IInd list is to be sent to the Registrar, University of Calicut, by Registered Post on the same day itself on the publication of the list.
5. A copy of the final list of admitted students should be sent to the Registrar, University of Calicut by Registered Post as soon as interview is over and acknowledgement obtained.
The failure to present such a list may result in the candidates inability to take University Examinations.
6. Rules regarding reservation of seats for SC/ST and other eligible categories should be followed strictly 
7. Candidates qualified in the annual examination held during April-May 2012 or earlier alone are qualified for admission.
8. Equivalency Certificate need not be insisted from candidates having qualifying degrees/diplomas “through regular mode of study” awarded by Central Universities including IGNOU, IIT, IIM and all Universities in Kerala, for admissions under this University.
9. No admission shall be made over and above the sanctioned strength in anticipation of sanction of the marginal increase or adjustment at the end of the year.
10. Application forms for admission to Ist Semester M.Sc Health and Yoga Therapy course shall not be issued beyond the last date fixed for issuance.
11. All the candidates with qualifying exam taken from outside the state (except regular programmes of all other Universities in Kerala) seeking admission to various courses shall be insisted to produce Equivalency / Recognition certificate from this University. If a particular course taken by a candidate is not recognized by this University, the admission should not be granted even provisionally in anticipation of getting recognition later.
12. If the Principals of any college / Admitting Authority make any irregular admission, a fine of Rs.10,000/- will be imposed as per the UO No.GA I/A2/4394/2004 dated 04.02.2006 for each admission.



How to Apply for P.G. Admission 2012-13

For Admission in affiliated colleges:
1. Obtain application form from respective colleges paying required fee.
2. Submit duly filled in application form to the College, along with attested copies of all Mark lists of UG examination and other relevant Certificates.

For Admission to University departments:
1. Download     the     application     form     from     the     University     website 
2. Submit Rs. 50/- to Calicut University Fund through Chalan/Akshaya kendra/SBT.
3. Submit duly filled in application forms to the concerned department, along with attested copies of all Mark lists of UG examination and other relevant Certificates.
