B. Ed ONLINE ADMISSION in Non-Govt. B.Ed. Colleges (Session 2012-13)
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates lor adrrission to the regular B.Ed Course (Session: 2012-13)
ELIGIBILITY:
The candidates must have passed their Bachelor's Degree Examination in the Faculties of Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, BCA. BBA {under 10-2+3 or 10+2+2/10+1+3 pattern), Engineering, Miedicine, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Music and Fine Arts from the University of Jammu Of any other statutory University in India registered with the Association of Indian Universities and have secured atleast 45% (44.6% is treated as 45%) of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination incase of General Category and 40% (39 5%is treated as 40%) in case of reserved categories (as specified in admission brochure avaiable on University Website)
■ PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:
On-line admission form is available on website http://bedjammu.org, www.jammuuniversity.in www.cdcju.in. After completing the on-line application form, the candidates are required to send the print out duly signed and complete mall respects with challan copy of Rs900/= to address mentioned on the form Fee can either be deposited through chaiian to be generated on-line alter filling up on the online application form and cash deposited in any branch of J&K Bank / HDFC Bank, all over India OR other option is to use e-banking/debittcreditcard for on-line payment, option available while completing the form, in which case the candidate is not required to send the challan copy. while sending the form.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION:
Admissions shall be made through on-line Counselling on the basis of merit at the graduation level and college choices given by the candidate in the application form No separate invitation for Counselling shall be seni individually to thecandldates and iheyhavetokeep in constant touch with website and their e-mail accounts.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Candidates who have/will obtain B.Ed. Oegree from the University ol Jamrnu are eligible for Employment in Central Govt and other states as communicated by the NCTF (A statutory body of the Govt, of India) vide Its circular No. 49/2i/2005/NCTE(N&S)Dated May 3.2007
2. All admissions shall be provisional till the time same is verified by the College Admission Committee and Registration Office of the University Nodocumenl/cerlificale shall be accepted, by the colleges, after the counselling dates are over
3. University will not bo responsible for any postal delay and forms received, on the address mentioned, after the last datels) shall in no case, be accepted.
4. No INDIVIDUAL COLLEGE (except MC. Khalsa College of Education which has been authorised to admit 50% of its sanctioned intake under minority status) or ANY AGENCY anywhere in the country is authorised to make admission of candidates to the B.Ed course on behalf ol University of Jammu. except for management Quota seats of the colleges.
5. Candidates are required to go through the detailed instructions/university rules (statutes) given on Hie website before filling up the form.
