NOTICE FOR ADMISSION IN GNM COURSE 2012
Applications are invited from Unmarried Female Citizens of India of age group between 17-23 years as on 30th September 2012 having passed 10+2/lntermediate/HS or equivalent examination in all subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 45% for General candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates in main subjects for admission in Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery course 2012-13 on Self-finance-Scheme.
Prospectus and Application Form can be had from the office of Principal, School of Nursing at Central Hospital, Dhanbad by sending a request letter alongwith a Bank-Draft for Rs. 180/- (By post) OR Bank-Draft for Rs. 150/-at school counter from 27.06.2012 to 27.07.2012 during school working hours.
Bank Draft should be made in favour of BHARAT COKING COAL LIMITED payable at DHANBAD.
The Bank Draft should bear the name of the candidate and Application Form No. on its back.
The complete filled up form should reach the office of Principal, School of Nursing on or before July 31,2012 till 5 PM by Regd. Post/Speed Post.
