Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for admission to the following courses
Post Graduate Diploma in Accommodation Operation and Management (PGDAOM)* (1 year)
Eligibility: Graduate in any stream with English as one of the subjects at College/Senior Secondary level
Age Limit: 25 years; Seats: 55
Diploma in Food and Beverage Service (DF&BS)* (1 year)
Eligibility: Class XII of 10+2 system or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject
Age Limit: 22 years; Seats: 55
Diploma in Bakery and Confectionary (DB&C)* (1 year)
Eligibility: Class XII of 10+2 system or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject
Age Limit: 22 years;
Seats: 50
Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Patisserie (CCFP)* (1 year)
Eligibility: Class X of 10+2 system or equivalent
Age Limit: 22 years; Seats: 35
Craftsmanship Course in Food and Beverage Service (CF&B)** (6 months)
Eligibility: Class X of 10+2 system or equivalent
Age Limit: 22 years; Seats: 30
SC/ST candidates, upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years
(*One year at the institute plus 6 months Industrial Training; **One month Industrial Training at the Hotel and allied sector)
Reservation: Reservation for SC/ST/OBC seats as per the Govt norms
How to apply: Information brochure containing application form is available at the reception of the Institute on payment of Rs 800/- for General/OBC and Rs 400/- for SC/ST candidates on payment
It may also be obtained by post on payment of Rs 850/- for General/OBC and Rs 450/- for SC/ST candidates through demand draft drawn in favour of Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi, latest by 24th June, 2012
The form may be downloaded from the Institute website and submitted along with requisite demand draft
